Many ask why our barbecue is so delicious - the secret is simple: at Iron Grill we patiently cook our meats using only seasoned dry rubs to seal in the natural flavors. Never using sauces that often dry out the meat, ours is slow-smoked each day using hickory and other hardwoods between 12 and 14 hours to ensure tender, fall-off-the-bone goodness.
